Professional Organizers

PER-JOB BASIS TO EXECUTE PROJECTS AS NEEDED

The Role

The Professional Organizer is a core part of our Operations team and is responsible for executing organizing projects in clients’ homes according to The Simple Life standards, systems, and processes.  This role is hands-on and client-facing, with a strong emphasis on execution, professionalism, and consistency.

What You’ll Do

Project Execution

  • Execute organizing projects in clients’ homes following established plans, standards, and workflows

  • Declutter, organize, and implement functional systems efficiently and thoughtfully

  • Maintain consistency in quality, process, and presentation across projects

Operational Collaboration

  • Work closely with Lead Organizers and Operations leadership to support smooth project execution

  • Follow schedules, assignments, and direction provided by the Operations team

  • Communicate project updates, needs, or issues through established channels

Professionalism & Care

  • Maintain a calm, respectful, and judgment-free presence in clients’ homes

  • Handle client belongings with care, discretion, and integrity

  • Represent The Simple Life brand professionally at all times

Client Experience Coordinator

PART-TIME POSITION 24 HOURS PER WEEK

The Role

The Client Experience Coordinator is the day-to-day owner of the client journey at The Simple Life. This role ensures that clients feel informed, supported, and confident from first inquiry through project completion and follow-up.  This is not a reactive customer service role. It is a proactive, ownership-driven position that plays a critical role in how our brand is experienced.

What You’ll Do

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after projects

  • Manage client inquiries, consultations, timelines, and ongoing communication

  • Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism at every touchpoint

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address questions or concerns

Client Journey Support

  • Coordinate internal handoffs between Lead Organizers, Product Specialist, and Client Delivery Manager

  • Ensure all client details, notes, and timelines are accurate and up to date

  • Support a smooth, consistent experience across all stages of the client journey

Systems & Follow-Through

  • Maintain accuracy in CRM and project management systems

  • Manage follow-up communication, post-project touchpoints, reviews, and referrals

  • Flag risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in the client experience and escalate as needed for resolution

Client Delivery Manager

FULL TIME POSITION 32-40 HRS PER WEEK

The Role

The Client Delivery Manager owns the quality, consistency, and success of the client experience at The Simple Life, ensuring every client experiences the brand as professional, thoughtful, and highly responsive from first contact through project completion.

 

This role leads and oversees the systems, people, and standards that shape the client experience at scale. While the Client Experience Coordinators manage day-to-day communication, the Client Delivery Manager ensures that quality, tone, and consistency are upheld across all client interactions.

In addition, this role provides strategic oversight of product and design decisions that directly impact the client experience—ensuring every solution is not only functional, but beautifully curated and aligned with client needs and brand standards.

 

This role exists to protect, elevate, and steward client relationships as the business grows.

What You’ll Do

Client Experience Ownership

  • Set and uphold standards for client communication, responsiveness, and follow-through

  • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey

  • Monitor client feedback, reviews, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement

Delivery & Execution Leadership

  • Own end-to-end client delivery outcomes across all projects, ensuring teams are supported, aligned, and executing to standard

  • Partner with Lead Organizers to ensure projects meet both logistical and experiential standards

  • Ensure projects are properly staffed, supplied, and executed

Product Strategy & Design Excellence

  • Provide strategic oversight of product curation and selection for client projects, ensuring solutions align with client goals, aesthetics, and functionality

  • Participate in design and project planning discussions, offering input on product recommendations, layouts, and organizational systems

  • Oversee the creation of design boards and visual organizational plans that support client decision-making and set clear expectations

  • Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and customer preferences to continuously refine offerings and elevate the client experience

  • Ensure organizational products are accurately sourced, prepared, and delivered to project sites in coordination with the Product Specialist

People Leadership

  • Lead, support, and develop the Client Experience Coordinators and Product Specialist

  • Coach team members on communication quality, client tone, service standards, and attention to detail

  • Provide clarity, prioritization, and accountability across delivery roles

Systems & Process Stewardship

  • Oversee delivery workflows, handoffs, and internal systems

  • Identify friction points that impact the client experience

  • Implement improvements that enhance clarity, efficiency, and consistency

  • Professional organizing experience, whether independently or as part of a team

  • Experience managing or supporting a small business, team, or client portfolio

  • Entrepreneurial or self-directed experience, including building or attempting to build a service-based business

Helpful, But Not Required

  • Prior people-management experience

  • Experience with operations, logistics, or workflow optimization

Marketing Specialist

PART-TIME POSITION 24 HOURS PER WEEK

The Role

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of The Simple Life’s marketing efforts across digital platforms and brand touchpoints. This role ensures our brand is represented consistently, thoughtfully, and professionally through content, visuals, and communication.

This is an execution-focused role that brings our marketing strategy to life and supports brand visibility, storytelling, and growth.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Execution & Content Support

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms

  • Support content calendars and campaign timelines

  • Assist with creation of branded marketing materials and assets

  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms

Campaign & Brand Support

  • Support email marketing campaigns and basic website updates

  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture project highlights and brand stories

  • Assist with coordinating marketing initiatives and promotions

  • Support content needs through photography and/or short-form video when applicable

Systems & Organization

  • Maintain organized digital files, photos, and marketing assets

  • Track basic engagement metrics and support reporting

  • Ensure marketing tasks and timelines are completed accurately and on time

Social Media Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of The Simple Life’s social media platforms

  • Plan, schedule, and publish consistent, on-brand content

  • Monitor engagement and support community interaction in alignment with brand standards
